Warranty Policy

We offer a 14-day warranty starting from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Stitching issues
• Fabric defects not caused by wear or misuse

This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by washing, drying, or improper care
• Pulling, snagging, ripping, or stretching due to use
• Size or preference-related concerns

All warranty claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges & Store Credit

You may request an exchange or store credit if:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• All original tags are attached
• Your request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Approved requests will receive:
• An exchange for the same item (subject to availability), or
• Store credit issued as a digital gift card

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
• Final Sale items
• Discounted or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items

Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Submit a Claim

• Full name
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos of the problem

Requests without photo or video evidence will not be processed.
